PAUSE & PLAY
This series invites caregivers and their child(ren) to practice mindfulness together, strengthening emotional well-being and adding mindfulness as a valuable tool to their coping toolkit. Through flexible exercises and activities, you’ll build skills that support regulation, connection, and resilience. Each session includes The PAUSE—a brief 3-7 minute guided video where Emily leads you through a mindfulness practice focused on breath and body awareness. These videos are paired with a downloadable PDF activity for PLAY, designed to foster connection between caregiver and child. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or deepening an existing practice, this series provides simple, accessible ways to integrate mindfulness into daily life.
